Do you do anything special for Birthday’s?

For £15.00 we can provide a homemade Birthday cake or fruit ice sculpture, a card and photo to remember your special day and will end by singing happy birthday to that special someone. As well as this the person who’s birthday it is will eat for free. Proof of the person’s D.O.B will be required and the rest of the party will be charged the standard price. Minimum of 4 people must be dining.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book a table?

For parties of 10 or more a deposit is required, the amount depends on the size of the party. Offers are available, for more information speak to a manager. Deposits can be paid in the restaurant or over the phone.

Can I book the entire venue?

Yes! The venue is available to be booked out but you will need to contact us by email info@yoyoinbeijing.com For details on dates and pricing.

What discounts do you offer?

Student’s can receive discounts on the buffet with a valid NUS card. OAP’s also receive the same discount. We now offer a Yo Yo reward card which you get stamped every time you visit, the more you come the better the rewards! For the latest deals and discounts see our website and Facebook page for more details.

How does the takeaway tray work?

You can fill your tray with anything from the buffet as much as you like as long as you can close the lid. It costs £4.80 for lunch and £5.80 after 6pm.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes! Available in £10, and can be used at anytime! Although they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, no change will be given while using the voucher. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable or transferable.

How do I book a table?

You can call the restaurant on: (01522) 845888. Changes to bookings can only be made 48 hours prior to the reserved date. The party should arrive 5 minutes before the booking and be no later than 10 minutes after, or you risk losing your table to another party.

Why did I get charged the price of the evening buffet?

You must pay and leave before 6pm or you will get charged the price of the evening buffet, even if you didn’t eat anything.

Does my child qualify to pay the children’s price?

If a child is under 4’11 they are entitles to the buffet at the child’s price. Children aged 2 and under eat free. I.D may be required.

I have a food allergy, what do you do to ensure my food is safe?

Unfortunately our food is prepared in an environment where other allergens are used so we cannot guarantee they will not be present in some foods.
